The Office of Student Leadership and Involvement at Penn State Scranton cultivates learning by fostering exploration, community engagement, and leadership development outside of the classroom through educational and experiential opportunities.
Despite moving to the Scranton area just only two years ago, my experiences with the staff, faculty, and peers have been wonderful. From becoming the Student Government President to the internship opportunities that the IT degree has given me, the campus staff and faculty have concentrated a lifestyle that has only set me up for success in the future. Even with all these opportunities that I've been given, the campus events and lifestyle has been engaging as well as having a unique local charm.
