Penn State Scranton offers summer courses for credit to Penn State Scranton students, visiting students from another college or university, high school students and high school graduates who will attend college for the first time this fall.

The Pathway to Success: Summer Start (PaSSS) program is a six-week program designed to help be first year students transition to college life while also saving money on college tuition!

Summer Start

The new Summer Start program is a unique opportunity for incoming students to begin their college coursework. The program will replicate in-person learning, with small class sizes and special programming including online tutoring, peer mentoring, and will help to ease the transition from virtual learning to on-campus studies. Summer Bridge Program

The Summer Bridge program is offered to first-year students at Penn State Scranton to provide tools and resources to jump-start their first year on campus and enhance skills for math, English and overall college success.
