Regional Chancellor Elizabeth Wright has announced that the following students at Penn State Scranton have made the dean’s list for the fall 2024 semester.
Employees celebrating landmark anniversaries were honored at the campus' Welcome Back event earlier this month. Attorney Joseph Litvak talked to students from Scranton High School last semester on various aspects of financial literacy, student debt and careers in law. His presentation was part of a three-session program spearheaded by Penn State Scranton Assistant Professor of Business Nonna Sorokina aimed at introducing teens to the fundamentals of financial literacy. The series of educational sessions, which marked the inaugural delivery of the program, was made possible by the support of an anonymous donor.
King's Dream, a live concert multimedia presentation dedicated to the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. will perform at Penn State Scranton's MLK Day celebration on January 21.
