The Learning Resources Center in the David and Ann Hawk Student Success Center provides a variety of services for students, including both peer and faculty tutoring. Here, a group of students take advantage of a group study area to work on their course work in an environment that encourages collaboration.

Fall 2019 scholarly communications and copyright workshops announced

This fall’s scholarly communications and copyright workshop slate will include in-person workshops at Penn State Behrend, Penn State Scranton and Penn State Harrisburg, as well as a full set of Zoom workshops, including our popular trainings on complying with public access policies from federal agencies. There are specialized workshops for thesis and dissertation writers, instructional designers and scholarly authors.

Scranton campus plans behavioral health and wellness events for fall semester

Throughout the semester, Penn State Scranton's Counseling Services will host special events focused on a variety of relevant issues, from suicide awareness to self-defense to fitness-based wellness. The events came out of a poll conducted with the campus community last year regarding what types of counseling and wellness programming they wanted to see made available.
