Camp Registration Deadlines

Payment and participant forms are due prior to the start of camp. Camps have limited enrollment and often fill quickly.  Registering for a camp early will help ensure that a camp is not cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.

Camp Cancellations by Penn State

The University reserves the right to cancel any camp due to insufficient enrollment or for other unforeseen circumstances. If a camp is cancelled, registrants will be notified immediately and registration fee refunds will be processed. Please note that the University cannot be held responsible for any other costs, charges, or expenses.

Registration Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel a registration, we require written notification via email to [email protected] a minimum of 7 days before the start of the program. A $35 administrative fee will be charged for each cancellation.  Refunds will not be issued after the start of the program.
