The state-of-the-art nursing facilities for The Ross and Carol Nese College of Nursing at Penn State Scranton were part of a broader $13.1 million Library Nursing Building renovation project. Enhanced simulation experiences with recording capabilities, a realistic supply room, a nurses station and other collaborative spaces all work together to create a comprehensive learning environment.

In addition, our partnership with local community facilities is robust, ranging from acute care, long-term care, outpatient centers, and mental/addiction health facilities. Simulation, labs, didactic, and Interprofessional Educational (IPE) experiences provide students with exceptional learning experiences to prepare them for their transition to a nursing practice.
