The space will feature more natural light, as well as a variety of seating areas to provide indivdual, group and technology study areas, as well as casual seating and an updated instruction classroom.

Some select book collections, such as the campus' Graphic Novel/Manga collection, along with popular fiction and DVDs have been set up inside Room 10 of the Dawson Building, the campus library's new home for the next year. There are also study spaces, computers and the library's 3D printer in this temporary space for student use.
Two classroom spaces in the Gallagher Conference Center -- 109 and 110 -- are now home to the nursing program's patient simulator lab, as well as conference table/debriefing area; other supplies have been set up along the perimeter of the room and faculty offices have been relocated as well.
Library and maintenance staff worked over the winter break to remove all of the library's furniture, books, computers and shelving in preparation for work to begin on a major renovation of the 53-year-old building.
