Melnick, Waters receive 2019 Excellence in Advising Award

Janet Melnick, associate professor of teaching and field coordinator of human development and family studies at Penn State Scranton, and Joel Waters, academic adviser in biology in the Eberly College of Science, and previously in communications science and disorders (CSD) in the College of Health and Human Development, have been selected to receive the 2019 Penn State Excellence in Advising Award.
