Penn State Scranton Music Director and Associate Teaching Professor of Music Sharon Ann Toman was among the recipients of the 2019-20 Jack P. Royer Active and Collaborative Learning Award, recently given to Commonwealth Campus faculty and staff who demonstrate innovative teaching techniques to enhance student learning.
