Incoming Penn State Scranton student Anthony Betti has been named a recipient of the America250PA Semiquincentennial Scholarship, a competitive statewide award recognizing student leadership, service and civic engagement in conjunction with Pennsylvania’s commemoration of the nation’s 250th anniversary. Betti, one of 25 students selected for the scholarship from more than 1,800 applicants, will begin his studies in finance this fall through Penn State’s 2+2 Plan..
