Getting to Penn State Scranton Campus

The Office of Student Affairs can be helpful in locating local airports and ground transportation. In some instances, the University will provide transportation from the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport and the Martz Trailways Bus Terminal if needed. Communicate with the Office of Student Activities at least one month prior to your arrival to make arrangements for transportation.

Drivers License in Pennsylvania

If you intend to drive in Pennsylvania, you should know that you cannot get a Pennsylvania driver's license if you have less than one year remaining on your I-20/DS-2019 at the time of application. If you will be in the U.S. for less than one year, you can drive for up to one year if you have a valid foreign driver's license and an international driving permit.
