The Penn State Worthington Scranton Alumni Society's annual Breakfast with the Nittany Lion will take place Sunday, April 19 from 9 a.m. to noon in The View Cafe, in the campus' Study Learning Center.
Society members and volunteers will serve up a hearty breakfast of scrambled eggs, pancakes and sausage, along with juice and coffee. There will also be face-painting, coloring books and you can take your photo with the Nittany Lion.
Tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for children under 12, and can be purchased from any PSWS Alumni Society member or by calling 570-963-2536.
The annual breakfast is one of several fundraising activities the PSWS Alumni Society participates in each year, with money raised going to help the society fund student scholarships and donations to campus projects, such as Nittany Lion Shrine at the campus entrance, the Business Building, Science Suite and the David and Ann Hawk Student Success Center.
