Visitors to campus are welcome. However, limiting the density of our on-campus population reduces the chances of incidental contact that spreads illness. Therefore, to further reduce the chances of exposure, many of our office staff are working remotely and we strongly encourage those who can conduct their business with the campus remotely, to do so.
Should you need to physically visit our campus for any period of time, we ask that you contact the office/individual in advance to a) determine if your issue can be dealt with remotely; and/or b) to ensure that someone will be present in the area you need to visit and able to assist you.
ALL VISITORS MUST COMPLY WITH ALL COVID HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES WHILE ON CAMPUS. These include wearing a face mask that covers your nose and mouth, and practicing social distancing. If you do not have mask, one will be provided to you and are available in all campus offices.
We have also installed hand sanitizing stations in all of our buildings and encourage you to use those as needed.
All indivduals are also encouraged to practice appropriate hygiene, including:
- Coughing sneezing into your elbow, not your hands
- Refraining from touching your face
- Washing hands often, for a minimum of 20 seconds, with soap and water – or using hand sanitizer after coming into contact with common surfaces and after using the bathroom.
