BIOGRAPHY 

Dr. Loan “Emily” N.T. Pham is a dedicated academic, accomplished researcher, and experienced consultant specializing in business and management, with particular expertise in leadership, cross-cultural management, and organizational behavior

Dr. Pham has designed and delivered courses in areas such as Leadership, Human Resource Management, and Entrepreneurship. Her extensive experience in diverse academic settings has enhanced her ability to teach across various cultural contexts, fostering inclusive and dynamic learning environments that engage students from all backgrounds

Her research interests focus on leadership, ethics, cross-cultural management, and talent management. Dr. Pham’s work has been published in leading journals, including Public Organization Review, International Journal of Manpower, and Asia Pacific Business Review, contributing valuable insights to these critical areas of study

In addition to her academic accomplishments, Dr. Pham holds a SHRM-CP certification in human resource management.
