Center for Business Development and Community Outreach at Penn State Scranton is a regional resource for individuals, businesses, community organizations, entrepreneurs, and campus students by serving as a bridge to the University’s vast resources. The Center also serves as a regional resource for educational programs/certificates, customized training programs, youth programs, and project-based learning experiences.
