SHRM Learning System 

SHRM has established the new certification standard for the HR profession. Earning your SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP™) or SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP™) credential establishes you as a recognized expert in the HR field.

This SHRM certification course consists of 39 hours of classroom instruction, including a review prior to the new certification exam. In addition to the classroom experience, you will receive SHRM Learning System materials and access to online learning, legislative updates and practice tests.

SHRM Learning System Fall 2024 Schedule

  • Dates: September 5, 2024 - December 5, 2024 (no class 11/28)
  • Time: Thursdays, 6:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.
  • Delivery:  Online instructor-led training via Zoom
  • Registration Deadline:  Register early to receive your materials in time for class.

SHRM System Course Fee*

  • $1,300 for NEPA & National SHRM members
  • $1,500 for National SHRM members
  • $1,600 for non-members

SHRM Essentials of Human Resources

 The new SHRM Essentials of Human Resources program is a comprehensive program designed to equip HR professionals with essential knowledge and skills to excel in their roles. 

Through real-world applications and scenarios, you will be introduced to fundamental HR topics to help you effectively approach the challenging HR-related situations that you face on the job.
