Management

Our business program will prepare you to address the essential day-to-day business challenges, set goals and related plans, innovate organization design approaches, lead employees, and utilize necessary management tools.

Marketing

Marketing is a broad field with the primary purpose of meeting customers’ needs and generating demand for a company’s product or service. The marketing aspect of our business program will teach you how to understand and address changing consumer preferences, create innovate product design, develop effective pricing structures, understand product distribution and delivery, and optimize advertising and promotion strategies.

The BSB degree’s management and marketing option at Penn State Scranton equips students with the skills and knowledge needed for successful careers in business.
