The Complete Penn State Award provides resources for students who are within one or two semesters of graduation and who experience a situation that negatively impacts their ability to complete their degree.
Students who receive this support are able to graduate on time, pursue career opportunities, and avoid the long-term consequences of interrupted education.
What is the typical award amount for Complete Penn State?
Students typically receive a maximum award of $3,000, but scholarship amounts are based on the assessment of financial need and the availability of existing funds.
The program, which is administered by the Office of Student Aid, offers financial support aimed at helping students complete their degree requirements.
What are the award qualifications?
Complete Penn State is available to all Penn State students that:
- Are within 30 credits and two semesters of earning their first bachelor’s or associate degree (as confirmed in LionPATH or by their academic adviser)
- Have exhausted all sources of federal and state aid
- Hold a GPA of at least 2.0
