The course, taught by a PMP-credentialed instructor, covers project initiation, creating high-performing teams, collaborating with and engaging stakeholders, how to determine appropriate project methods and practices, managing the schedule and scope of a project, evaluating business and environment changes, and how to mitigate risks within the project.

Prerequisite for PMP

Who Should Attend the PMP Prep?

This Project Management Professional (PMP)® Exam Preparation course is designed for individuals who have on-the-job project management experience, are not certified professionals, and may or may not have received formal project management training.

You’ll develop professionally, increase project management skills, apply a formalized and standards-based approach to project management, prepare to move into a formal project manager job role, and apply for the PMP certification.

Keep in mind that, although this course is open to anyone preparing for PMP exam administered through the PMI, there are eligibility requirements you must meet before applying and taking the exam.
