Linde Mentoring Program

Work with a mentor in the field of your choice.

The Linde Mentoring Program serves as an opportunity for students to enhance their educational experience through advanced instruction and participation in special leadership programs and projects.

Students develop important transferable skills related to successful time management, soft skills development and effective networking techniques by being paired with a professional in their field of choice.

Mentor Program Benefits

Students who complete each year of the Mentoring Program gain real-world knowledge and experiences, develop a network in the business community, and acquire leadership and interpersonal skills that prepares them for their professional careers.

Their participation in various high-profile programs, along with their achievements, provides valuable features for their resumes and overall professional development.
