Employee of the Month Nomination Form

The Employee of the Month Award recognizes the outstanding contributions of Penn State Scranton staff. Eligible staff members can nominated by faculty, staff or students for exemplary performance on the job.

Staff employees with a minimum of "Meets Standards" annual rating may be nominated. Employees may not nominate their immediate supervisor, manager, director, etc.

To nominate an employee, complete the nomination form below, providing specific examples of how the employee meets the criteria listed.
