Biography
Education: Julia is a graduate of Marywood University and the Dickinson School of Law.
Career: In June 2016, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf nominated Judge Munley to a vacancy on the Court of Common Pleas of Lackawanna County created by the retirement of Judge Robert Mazzoni. A month later, upon the unanimous recommendation of the Pennsylvania Senate Judiciary Committee, the full Pennsylvania Senate voted unanimously to confirm her nomination. In November 2017, Judge Munley was elected to a ten-year term by the voters of Lackwanna County.
