Admission and Application

Who Should apply:  If you have a valid RN license and wish to enhance your professional credentials or take courses that will provide an introduction to the RN to BSN in Penn State's nursing degree program.

There is no application fee for nurses applying for the certificate through Penn State Scranton’s Center for Business Development and Community Outreach. This applies to non-degree undergraduate students only and is only applicable for those seeking the certificate.
